Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment providers enabled on the store. Although NUZZLE does not control technical interruptions originating from those providers, we remain responsible for properly addressing payments and orders placed through our store as required by applicable law.

Orders, Shipping, and Returns

Orders require up to 3 business days for processing. After dispatch, the estimated transit time is approximately 9 business days.

The total estimated time from order confirmation to delivery is therefore approximately 12 business days. This is an estimate and not a guarantee of delivery on an exact date unless expressly stated otherwise.

Return requests resulting from a change of mind may be submitted within 15 calendar days after receiving the product, without prejudice to any longer period or additional right required by the law applicable to the consumer.
